What time are services?
Adult Bible Study and Children's Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. and the Sunday Morning Worship Service begins at 11:00 a.m. We also have Sunday night service at 6p.m. and Wednesday night prayer meeting 7:00 p.m.
How do I get to Faith Baptist Church?
From the North on 101: Take the Morro Road exit and turn right. Continue for 1.5 miles. Faith will be on the left hand side on top of the hill just before San Gabriel Road. From the South on 101: Take the Morro Road exit. Turn left on El Camino Road. Turn left on Morro Road. Continue for 1.5 miles. Faith will be on the left hand side on top of the hill just before San Gabriel Road.
Are your buildings and services handicap accessible?
There are handicap parking spaces available and a ramp to the front door for wheel chairs.
Where do I take my children?
Children of all ages are welcome in every service of Faith Baptist Church. We do offer nursery for children up to three years old. We also offer Sunday School for children ages 4 years old through 6th grade. On Thursday nights we offer Christ-centered scouting opportunities for both girls (American Heritage Girls) and boys (Trail Life USA).
What do I do before the service starts?
If you arrive before the service starts, you will notice that our auditorium is filled with plenty of comfortable chairs. There are no reserved seats, so you may sit anywhere. Many people will be greeting one another during this time.
What are the services like?
Services generally last about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Our worship services are a time of joyful worship and praise, with a variety of traditional songs led by our music director and accompanied by piano and flute.
How will I know when to stand?
The pastor or the music director will ask the congregation to stand or sit.
What is the pastor's message like?
Our Pastor gives Bible-based messages lasting about 45 minutes. His messages are timely and applicable.
Do I need to donate money when I visit?
Faith Baptist Church does believe giving is a Biblical principal and we do encourage it. However, our guests should not feel under any obligation to participate. We do not have an official giving time in the service, rather a box on the back wall is reserved for this purpose.
