Pastor Guerrero has served as the pastor of Faith Baptist Church since October 2021. He came to know Christ at a young age during a Wednesday night children’s ministry at First Baptist Church of Santa Maria. As a member of Coast Hills Baptist Church, God placed a call on his life for ministry, leading him to attend Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, CA, under the leadership of Dr. Jack Trieber and the ministry of North Valley Baptist Church. 

He graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree and completed his Master’s Degree the following year. In 2019, God directed Pastor Guerrero to Lompoc Valley Baptist Church, where he faithfully served in several roles until the Lord called him to become the pastor of Faith Baptist Church.
